Great Grandmaster Yip Man is regarded as the founder of modern day Wing Chun as almost all existing Hong Kong lineages derive from his teachings. During Yip Man’s teaching career, he developed and progressed the style, leaving many students with various teachings of the Grand Master.
Because of diversity of Sifu Allan’s teachers, he is fortunate enough to be one of the only students of Wing Chun who has knowledge from all stages of Yip Man’s teaching development.
