Senior Instructor of the Canberra City Branch

Born in 1989, Canberra, I scarcely had any martial arts experience before joining the Canberra Wing Chun Academy when I was 15. Wing Chun was my first choice when looking for a school and after my first lesson I knew it was the right style for me.

Studying Wing Chun Kung Fu under Sifu Allan Graham increased my confidence, strength, flexibility, coordination, and fighting ability as well as teaching me the beauty of the art itself. I now train 5-7 times per week. The academy is a great place to "get away from it all" and it also helps me stay focused in other aspects of my life.

In early 2008, I attained a First Level (instructor grade) certificate in Wing Chun Kung Fu, and later travelled to Hong Kong with Sifu Allan Graham to further develop my training with Grandmaster Wan Kam Leung. In 2009, I attained Level Two (2nd degree) and received national accreditation as an instructor from the Australian Kung-Fu Federation.

In 2010, I was offered the opportunity to start my own branch of the Academy which is opening early 2011.

I am currently studying Security Analysis and Business at the Australian National University.
